YEARS FORTUNE 500 FINANCE
INVENTORY
MANAGED
For over 13 years, I operated inside the finance engine of PepsiCo and its Frito-Lay division. My days were spent managing a massive $4.5 billion cost of sales, untangling the complexities of inventory, and finding margin optimizations for one of the largest consumer product operations in the world.
At that scale, clarity is everything. But as I began looking at the wider market, I noticed a stark contrast. Smaller product-based businesses — the growing CPG brands, food and beverage producers, and consumer goods creators — were completely underserved. They were receiving templated accounting and generic bookkeeping that failed to address the unique realities of manufacturing and distribution.
I saw founders getting reports they couldn’t decipher, inventory that never reconciled cleanly, and no one taking the time to explain the true drivers behind their margins or cash flow.
That gap is exactly why I left corporate finance. I founded this firm to bring big-company rigor and clarity to the founders who need it most. My goal isn't just to post transactions; it's to give you the strategic insight and financial control necessary to scale your brand with confidence.
When we partner together, you work directly with me — a senior CPA — not a junior bookkeeper who just pushes transactions. I believe in active communication, which means structured recurring check-ins and an open line whenever you need strategic insight.
My job is to translate complex financials into plain English. No accounting jargon, no confusing reports. Just clear, actionable clarity on your margins, cash flow, and the operational drivers that actually move your product business forward.
No layers. No hand-offs. Just direct strategic guidance tailored to product-based businesses.
When I’m not deep in inventory margins or financial models, you’ll usually find me tending to an ever-growing collection of indoor plants or hiking the quiet trails just outside the city. I’ve learned that the sharpest strategic clarity often comes from stepping away and enjoying the simple, unplugged moments.
Stop guessing where your margins stand. Let's get your financials in order so you can focus on growing your product business. Reach out directly to start the conversation.
